Player Age Levels

Please visit USA Lacrosse quick age reference here.

Players that feel they are not challenged enough in their assigned age group can move up one age group IF both coaches agree that it is in the best interest of the player.

Under no circumstances are players allowed to play below their assigned age bracket.
